Karsang is film based on typical Sherpa culture. Written and directed by Yam Sherpa, Karsang is story of Lopsang, his wife Dichhen and their only child Torme. Shot in a typical Sherpa village of Yarsa in Sindhupalchouk Karsang tells story about family bonding in cultural backdrop. It is a story of conflict between cultural tradition and family values.
